We help brands increase their visibility through our website, Instagram page, and WhatsApp Channel, reaching audience actively looking for great deals and events happening in Singapore.

Yes. directory.businessmate.sg exclusively supports promotions and events held within Singapore.

Simply head over to our Add Listing page, select your preferred package, complete the online form with your promotion/event details, and submit it for review.

Once approved, your listing will go live in directory businessmate website, Instagram and WhatsApp Channel.

Your listing will be promoted through:

• Directory website — under our Latest Listings
• Businessmate Instagram — via posts and/or stories
• Businessmate WhatsApp Channel — broadcast to subscribers

This gives your promotion maximum exposure across multiple digital touchpoints.

Currently, we focus on three primary platforms:

Once you’ve submitted your listing through our Add Listing page, our team will review it within 1-2 working days. You’ll be notified by email or WhatsApp once it’s approved and published.

Yes. You can indicate your preferred start date in the submission form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and approval.

Listings typically remain active for up to 60 days. You may opt to renew your listing for extended exposure.

You can list:

All listings must be based in Singapore and meet our content guidelines.

For best results, we recommend:

• Image size: 1080 x 1080 px
• Clear, high-resolution visuals (minimum 300dpi)
• No offensive or misleading content

Our team reserves the right to request image revisions if they don’t meet our quality or content guidelines.

If there’s a change to your event date, offer terms, or images after submission, email or DM us immediately. Minor updates may be made free of charge within 24 hours of publishing. Substantial changes after that may incur a small administrative fee ($10).

For maximum visibility:

• Submit high-quality images or promotional visuals
• Provide clear, engaging details and a call-to-action (e.g. “Limited Time Only” or “Visit Us Today”)

Absolutely! You’re welcome to submit multiple listings. Each promotion or event will require its own submission form and selected package.

Once you have selected a package and completed the payment, you will receive an email with a link to an online submission form. This form will allow you to provide the details of your promotion or event, along with the option to upload your images.

After we have received your completed form and images, please allow us up to three (3) working days to process and create your listing.
